BUILT FOR THE FIELD. CLEAR FOR THE OFFICE.
One view across your records — and what’s still missing.
Start with a field record you can organize, share, and recheck. Help shape the wider view of what’s been documented—and what hasn’t.
Today: iPhone app in controlled testing.
Future concept: cross-project visibility. Not available today.
SAMPLE PROJECT · NORTHLINE
One visit.
A clear record.
Keep the claims precise.
Fabricated records. Suggested interface, not an app screenshot.
01 / THE CURRENT FIELD WORKFLOW
From the field.
Ready for the next conversation.
Continue the job record, capture inside the app, and share a protected output. The integrity check stays available when you need it.
Start with the job.
Continue a record with its project context intact. Keep the next capture with the same job, not loose in the camera roll.
Northline / Visit record
Sample record · 3 captures
02 / INTEGRITY, WITHOUT THE OVERCLAIM
A check you can run.
A boundary you can understand.
Rechecking can tell you whether stored bytes match a sealed record. It cannot tell you whether the scene—or the work—was correct.
What stays clear
Sealed captures and source-reported imports are different. Protected sharing copies and private originals are different, too.
What isn’t proven
True capture time, physical location, operator identity, authorship, scene truth, work quality, or completeness. No claims of fault, liability, or compliance.
Same file. Or a changed copy?
Choose a sample, then compare its SHA-256 fingerprint with the original sample’s fingerprint.
03 / WHERE WE’RE HEADING
Your tools keep working.
The bigger picture gets clearer.
Think control tower, not replacement fleet: a proposed visibility layer across your existing records. Cross-project views and integrations are not available today.
What’s running late?
Compare expected documentation with records received.
What was documented?
Review recorded activity—not a measurement of worker productivity.
What’s still missing?
Use a workflow’s defined requirements, not a universal checklist.
BEFORE WE TALK
A few straight answers.
Clarity is part of the product.
Can my team sign up today?
Not yet. Geofyle is in controlled field testing. There is no public launch, paid self-service account, or guaranteed test invitation.
Does this replace our project tools?
No. The intended broader product is a visibility layer, not your system of record, dispatch tool, project-management suite, or work-authorization system. Connections shown in concepts are not implemented integrations.
Can a PDF recipient run a live recheck?
The current live recheck happens inside Geofyle. An exported PDF is a protected sharing output, not an independently live-recheckable service.
How are imported documents treated?
Current imports are private, source-reported device attachments. They are not sealed, signed, uploaded, or server-verified through that import flow.
ONE WORKFLOW IS A GOOD PLACE TO START
Which record do you
wish you could find faster?
Tell us how records move from your field team to the people who need them. A focused conversation—not a commitment to switch systems.
